Uses in-depth product knowledge to partner with sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of Workday products to meet customer needs.About the RoleWorkday is looking for an outstanding colleague to join our UKI FSI team based from our London office. Through interactive team discovery activities with the prospect, you aim to understand an organisation's current situation and challenges. You will then demonstrate the proposed Workday Solution addressing prospect requirements to solve their business needs. ResponsibilitiesOur Pre-sales teams are strategically partnered with the sales organisation: responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday (HCM) solutionYou will be equipped to provide in-depth HCM product knowledge and ERP expertise to the sales team and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrationsAssist in assessing potential application of company products to meet prospect needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutionsProvide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validationKey skills that you will bring to the role and further hone include but not limited to:Domain expertise and experience in cross ERP functionsPresent our solutions in front of technical and business audiencesValue based selling (value led approach) in a Presales / Sales Consulting environmentStrong technical and functional experienceStrong presentation skills - able to 'tell the story'About YouRequired qualifications / experience:Business fluent in English and any other languages are a plusBachelor’s degree (or a local equivalent)2 years minimum work experience, preferably in HR/HCM tech domainOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
