We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager, User Acquisition to scale our community and help draw new audiences in the U.S. and abroad with compelling campaigns and messaging. As a senior member of the Growth team, you will have the opportunity to own the P&L and collaborate closely with professionals focused on community growth (lifecycle marketing), email marketing, social media and PR to support your growth strategy. We are looking for someone who can manage campaigns from start to finish, including strategic planning and day-to-day execution and optimization. Responsibilities Drive a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, including owning a P&L and managing multi-million-dollar budgets across multiple digital and offline channels Manage and optimize our paid search, social advertising and influencer marketing campaigns in real time by conducting A/B testing and data analysis Experiment with new digital, experiential or offline marketing channels or strategies to expand in emerging markets, such as new industries and geographies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Community, Data Science, Product and PR, plus partners or vendors to ensure an integrated approach to user acquisition Ensure the Growth team’s ability to execute team and company KPIs Regularly report performance and insights to executives and cross-functional partners Basic qualifications 5+ years of experience managing paid user acquisition campaigns, preferably at a social media or community app Experience executing marketing campaigns from start to finish on Google Ads/Google App campaigns (Google UAC) and Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram ads) at a minimum; hands-on work in Apple Search Ads, Pinterest Ads, Quora for Business, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, X Ads (Twitter) is a plus! Deep understanding of mobile app acquisition, including ad networks, business intelligence vendors, demand-side platforms and mobile measurement vendors Experience onboarding external partners and vendors, including setting up insertion orders, testing conversion attribution and integrating analytics or reporting APIs Strong analytical skills and a bias for data-driven decision-making Advanced Excel skills and SQL and experience with business visualization tools, such as Looker, Superset or Tableau Bachelor’s or higher degree in analytics, business administration, data science, economics, finance, marketing, or a related technical field or equivalent experience Compensation Blind's cash compensation salary range for this role is $105,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year. This salary range includes compensation for multiple job levels. Your job level will be based on an assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask about to understand in more detail. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
