Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GRC Sales Director with a deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domains to join our growing team. As a Specialist Director, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals for our GRC software solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with our Regional Sales Directors in identifying GRC opportunities with clients by providing expert domain knowledge in partnership with your Sales Partner.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the GRC domain
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing customer organizations
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our products/services
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services
You are a Subject Matter Expert with GRC trends and technologies
Accurately maintain SFDC records, forecast and report out on projected bookings, deals closed etc. on a regular basis
Required skills/Experience:
You are a GRC expert, you may come from a consulting, GRC sales or SME position
Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and UK Regulatory Landscape
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and regulations
Preferred skills but not essential:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the risk and compliance solutions sector
