We are looking for an HR Advisor to help our customers optimize their HR processes by implementing, configuring, and using Workable’s software and content. This is a new position in Workable and the ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the role and ensuring that our customers see in them a trusted advisor who they rely on to implement effective and impactful HR operations. More specifically, in this role, you will: Guide new customers in adopting and configuring Workable’s HRIS software to meet their specific HR needs. Implement customer requirements in the configuration of their Workable account directly or by guiding other internal teams that work on the implementation. Provide expert advice and support to customers on the implementation and optimization of HR processes using our software. Advise other customer-facing teams on customer questions or issues that are HR related. Generate / customize content that will enable various HR processes, or review content generated by the customer and provide advice Collaborate with the Product team, communicating customer feedback and pain points, helping the team optimize the product to better support our customers. Work with different customer-facing teams in support of your or their objectives: participate in customer onboardings with Customer Success and advise the team on proactively helping customers; collaborate with Solutions Consultants on eliciting customer requirements and setting up the customer’s Workable account; advise Customer Education on opportunities for generating helpful content; delegate technical questions to Support and have HR questions delegated to you; participate in pre-Sales calls to explain to prospective customers how we can help them with HR challenges.
