SailPoint is currently seeking a senior growth marketing manager to join our Customer Marketing team. This role requires a strategic thinker, well-versed in the entire customer lifecycle, who can create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to engage, retain, and nurture our user base. This role will be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing campaigns that drive customer expansion through migrating to cloud, upgrading to a product suite, and expanding licenses. This person will play a critical role in ensuring that our existing customers continue to derive value from our products while identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a customer lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap. Own customer growth campaign content and program strategy and execution to increase the quality, velocity & volume of opportunities. Create, manage, and optimize customer outreach (email, in-product notifications, etc.) that delivers relevant, compelling and personalized content to different segments of our user base, including welcome series, nurture campaigns, product updates, upsell, cross-sell, and more. Identify and define customer segments based on behavior and engagement metrics, allowing for personalized marketing initiatives Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional SailPoint products and services to existing customers. Be data obsessed, using data analytics to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI to continuously optimize marketing strategies, and report out on results on a monthly basis to key stakeholders, including executives. Get creative, testing and iterating messaging, timing, and promotions to enhance the user journey. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, email sequences, and content initiatives to engage and nurture existing customers. Identify an annual and quarterly budget for digital investment, and co-own marketing ROI. Collaborate with product management to build relevant in-app journeys to improve conversion via Pendo®. Partner with regional marketing managers to create customer-focused events and with customer success to leverage user groups. Provide enablement materials for sales, customer success and partners to support customer growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing (product, regional, content) product management, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment in customer growth initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of marketing experience with experience in integrated campaigns, field programs and demand generation Proven experience in customer marketing or growth marketing, preferably in the software or SaaS industry. Deep understanding of the customer journey, from brand to demand to purchase, and back again Proficiency in using marketing analytics to build audience segments and optimize the performance of paid and non-paid channels Experience with marketing automation tools, specifically Marketo Strong ability to craft persuasive and engaging email content that resonates with the target audience. Ability to lead in a global, matrixed organization and work cross-functionally.
