We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! What you'll do:Work on model sampling supporting the development of foundational deep learning modelsWork on the infrastructure for & contribute to the training, fine-tuning and usage of large language modelsContribute and lead the development of new breakthrough user experiences leveraging cutting edge ML modelsLead the productization of selected ML models into Adobe productsHelp advance code quality, code practices and code efficiency throughout the ML model development processCollaborate closely with ML Researchers, Product Deployment teams, and Machine Learning engineers to accelerate the productization of cutting-edge ML featuresLead projects from scoping requirements to launch, ensuring ongoing supportIdentify and resolve performance and scalability issuesStay updated with the latest test, development, and deployment practices, and actively share knowledge with the team and community​What you need to succeed: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceStrong proficiency in Python and PyTorchSolid foundation in computer science fundamentalsExperience working with large and complex code bases, integrating with deep learning modelsExperience writing clean and maintainable codeExperience and track record in delivering ML powered product featuresFamiliarity with Agile and Lean development processesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to think creatively to debug and solve complex, hard-to-reproduce problemsNice to have: Expertise and experience in ML model sampling techniques.Note: Deep ML knowledge is not required for this role. We are specifically seeking a Senior Software Architect with interest & expertise in ML model sampling, and a track record in delivering breakthrough ML-powered user experiences.#FireflyGenAIOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,200 -- $250,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
