Let’s redefine the future together.What you’ll be doing:Support all aspects of FP&A focusing on headcount planning, OPEX and CAPEX forecasting. Key items we need you to focus on are initiating spending controls, with monitoring and assessment of quarterly variance risks and opportunities.Provide in-depth financial analyses of actual spend to drive insights on trends, investment areas, and opportunities to optimize costs. The goal of the analyses is to assist in driving better decision making.Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management reporting.Own financial data and reports to ensure they are both accurate and updated.Build strong cross functional partnerships with Real Estate Site Services, Accounting, Tax, Accounts Payable, Legal, IT, and Risk Management.Support and partner on continual process and procedure improvements.Provide financial guidance to global real estate development, design, facilities operations, amenities, transportation, culinary and security teams.Work closely with fixed asset accounting team to ensure capital project finance controls compliance.What we need to see:Understanding of real estate development lifecycle, as well as the needs around managing facilities site operations and adjacent support functionsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading university in a Finance, Economics or Business-related discipline. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.4+ years’ experience in Finance, with focus in business financial planning, analysis, modeling, and forecasting for a multinational high-tech corporation.Excellent verbal and written communication. Professional proficiency in English.Self-starter and problem solver with great attention to detail.Ability to distilled complex issues into simple and concise language.Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with ability to build and convey business insight.Background with SAP, BPC, and TableauFinance planning and US GAAP accounting knowledge, on both balance sheet and P&L impact areasAdvanced Proficiency with MS Office specifically with Excel skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with SAP, BPC, Power BI, Tableau, or other finance applications such as Alteryx or visualization tools is a plus.Demonstrated expertise in SQL and data analysis.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across a large organization, and embracing change.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build successful relationships.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
