Senior Red Team Operator

NVIDIA's Offensive Security Team needs a Senior Red Team Operator, and their primary focus is to conduct adversarial engagements against NVIDIA's products, services, and infrastructure via covert Red Team Ops or open box Purple Team assessments. We use the results of operations to reach out and make new friends, or strengthen the bonds of current friendships, always taking care that our actions have not caused harm.Know any expert Red Teamer that want their exploits to have a deeper meaning? We partner with product owners and defender friends to fix what we have broken, ensuring what we found is left in a stronger state.What you will be doing:Find new and creative ways to break technology through either Red Team or Purple Team operations, giving us exploit equity in drovesPlan, scope, and implement covert operations that have sophisticated goals and significant impact: domain admin is Step 0Conduct open box assessments on NVIDIA products and services (this is a fancy way of saying you will help with pentesting - everyone takes out the trash)Develop new adversary tools, techniques, or methodologies for Covert or Purple Ops. NVIDIA has outstanding technology: we get creative!Research to be a better adversary, technology breaker, or soft skill masterThreat Hunting (virtual team). Opportunities to partner with and learn from experienced Threat Hunters, using our special adversarial talents to discover and eradicate skidsWhat we need to see:A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience6+ years of experience as an adversary for a company, organization, or both: a Red Team keyboard should be so dangerous it’s practically an OSHA violationDo No Harm ethos: operational objectives cannot come at the expense of others, and if an objective causes another person to spend hours fixing Red Team activities, we have done harmGrowth Mindset. We are trusted adversaries and that trust needs to remain strongWays to stand out from the crowd:Published CVEs for RCE or LPE attacks, or unpublished if the situation was handled behind closed doors: race conditions are a bonusSecurity Conference speaking, blog posts, or presentationsCerts: (OSCP, OSCE3, OSEE) or similar.Moxy: operators need to be intellectually honest to ensure that only the best plans get approvedCustomization of Adversarial Tools: Cobalt Strike BOFs, Mythic Agent profiles, and adding new exploits to MSF are examplesThe base salary range is 176,000 USD - 333,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
