As a digital writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling copy and content strategy that balances SEO best practices with great storytelling - always seeking to drive emotional connections with our audiences. You will collaborate with a talented team of content marketing enthusiasts who are dedicated to creating great buying journeys for our customers across marketing channels and customer touch points.Key Responsibilities:Content strategy and creation: Develop impactful, original and persuasive content for a full range of omnichannel marketing materials, including website copy, blogs, digital ads, email campaigns and more. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that engage and inspire our audience while conveying the benefits and features of our products and solutions - all while generating organic traffic through optimized key words. Advise: Be the team expert on industry best practices for SEO and content marketing by staying up to date on industry trends and advocating for new ideasCross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales, to understand their objectives and create content that supports their goals. Brand alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the Genesys brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines to maintain a consistent brand image across all channels. Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity Desirable Skills:5+ year writing search optimized copy that is enjoyable to readStrong foundation and acumen in SEO and writing for readability Experience writing for technology / SaaS companies Experience with WordPress, Microsoft Office suite, Google Docs, Asana, SEMRush Demonstrated experience in developing an omnichannel messaging framework Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
