Coordinate private/onsite and public schedule classes and events, including all registrations and logistics to meet agreed SLA’s.Responsibilities would include (but not limited to):Pre-Sales SupportMonitor, manage and reply to customer & internal enquiries in the Regional Operations mailboxes and via telephoneCreate and provide sales with quotes to support opportunities and RFP’sThrough proactive collaboration with other teams (Enterprise & Commercial Sales, Support, Channel Sales, etc.) advise and drive the attach of Education to License and PS opportunities to increase bookings and RevenueReview license and PS opportunities to drive Education attach conversations with sales repsPost-Sales SupportResponsible for Backlog Burn Down customer contact, Entitlement Call-Down, Training Credit Burn Down processesManage Training Credit Life-Cycle, to include expiry and renewal plans with account managersRegistration ManagementThe coordination and management of all logistics/resources/catering of the public classes (ILT and VA) and events. This includes data entry in the Broadcom LMS (Cornerstone) of class creation, reschedule and/or cancellation.Create accurate and complete registrations for delegates in the Broadcom LMSProcess class rosters, initiate revenue attestation and work with CBO to resolve payment issuesSend localized customer notifications, as requiredProvide general Training Coordination and Business Operations supportFully manage the Class Cancellation processOperations ManagementOwn and manage the assigned classroom locations to ensure classroom global consistency and superior condition is maintainedProvide Instructor operations/logistical support (e.g. Visa Application, Country Business Letter, etc.)Meet identified Service Level Agreements and Operational Metrics, Meet or exceed established targets in service standards and data accuracyRequirementsStrong administration, organization and communication skills, including written communicationIT training operations experienceAbility to use Microsoft Office applicationsExperience : Bachelor's and 5+ years of related experienceAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
