If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Broadcom’s Optical Systems Division (OSD), a leader in optical components for AI and cloud networks, is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to lead silicon photonics ecosystem development.  In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on the highest density photonics in the industry, helping to pave the new for new and innovative network architectures that take advantage of broadly deployed optical interconnects to overcome power and latency challenges of traditional technologies.The candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies with our system, packaging, and foundry partners.  The candidate should have experience with system implementations of silicon photonics.  They should also have experience with semiconductor and optical advanced packaging.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Analyze network architectures to maximize placement of Broadcom OSD products and influence customers on next generation architecturesOwn semiconductor and photonics industry technology roadmap and standards analysis and report out regularly to leadershipBuild and execute a silicon photonics ecosystem strategy in support of a full system solution with other Broadcom business units and external partners.Collaborate with engineering to develop reference design solutions for leading use cases and architecture engagements with leading customers and their platform partners.Manage key ecosystem and technology alliances for product and solution success.Marketing collateral development and Sales/FAE training on critical silicon photonics technologies and innovationsOwn competitive benchmarking process and report-outMinimum Job RequirementsBS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum of 12 years of overall experience or an MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum of 10 years of overall experienceDemonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive issues to closureProven hands-on analytical problem solving capability with in-depth technical know-howExcellent communication and written skill in English.Team playerProven ability to lead a team and develop the organization.Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to all levels of the corporation, internal, partner and customer.Can-do self-starter with strong cross-functional leadership skills.Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies.Strategic analytic mind who has had success in the conception and launch of new products.Demonstrated product life-cycle management across whole semiconductor product NPI process.Knowledge and networking (Ethernet) components and overall eco-system.Proven ability to create and drive a funnel with sales.Proven ability to gain respect and work effectively with Engineering organizations.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
