Develops knowledge.ResponsibilitiesData ExplorationSupports in exploring data within one to two files to determine trends and relationships between variablesAd Hoc ReportingCreates basic ad hoc report requests: Uses insights from data exploration to prepare basic visualizations and PowerPoint reports for clients requesting the dataClient ManagementWorks with more senior staff to reach out to client to clarify asks, debrief with client to explain data insights, and confirm reportAnalytics CoachingShadows peers in training new joiners on analytics toolsData Audit and CleansingContributes to periodic audits of data within business systems/platformsAssists with follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracyScheduled ReportsDownloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined scheduleSends out reports to stakeholder group and answers basic questions pertaining to the reportFor employees working in Customer Care and Experience:Supports accounts with low complexityQualifications1+ years related experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferredEquinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
