Job Summary:ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER, SALES STRATEGY & ENABLEMENTLocation: Hollywood, CA | Phoenix, AZ | Nashville, TN | or RemoteDivision: Ticketmaster NALine Manager: VP - Strategic Account SuccessContract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per weekTHE TEAMThe Sales Strategy and Enablement is a newer team within the Ticketmaster North America Sales organization charged with driving acquisition and retention of accounts across the Arts & Theatre, Sports, Family and Music segments. THE JOBThis is a hybrid job that will require both account management and creative skills, primarily focused on developing sales support materials for Ticketmaster’s accounts.  This individual will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders on both quick-turn and long-term projects. They will collect input from a variety of voices, identify material needs, create dynamic graphics and story-lines for sales materials that resonate with clients and exceed the expectations of internal stake-holders.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGVisually crafting the business story being shared with our accounts.  Ensuring client presentations have no errors and design is completed with care.Turning ideas into design through whiteboarding intake sessions with stakeholders and helping to craft presentation content/language.Working collaboratively with team members in the management of accounts on day-to-day operations leading up to presentations – client and internal interviews, materials sourcing, data acquisition, etc.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)Between 1-3 years of Account Mgmt. experience.1-3 years of experience in content marketing, visual communications, or graphic design.Demonstrated ability to tell a story through outstanding visuals/graphics.Possess strong proficiency in the use of PowerPoint and other alternative presentation software such as Keynote, and experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications.Familiarity with shared communication tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, Slack, and Asana.YOU (BEHAVIORAL SKILLS)Team-first belief system where accomplishments are celebrated for groups and not individual.Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.  Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly & concisely.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, think creatively, manage own time and take initiative to drive projects.You love the details -- highly detail oriented and well organized.Proven ability to meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously with speed and accuracy.Comfort working in a virtual team environment, be a strong collaborator, proactive problem solver.Comfort with ambiguity at times as team continues to build approach.Please note: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Entertainment, will be closed for a year-end holiday break, with operations resuming in the New Year.
