The RevOps Insights and Innovation group is a key player in fueling this growth by providing thought leadership and outstanding insights for driving our overall businessAbout the RoleAs the Manager, Global Revenue Insights, you will manage a team of analysts, to serve full-funnel insights to cross-functional partners. Such insights will help advise data-driven decision-making to support business strategy and facilitate company growth. Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of output will drive the efficiency of the team, to facilitate delivery on ad-hoc requests and material required for readouts on business performance. Furthermore, you will assume the central layer of responsibility within GRI when advising on the structure, definition and logic for new metrics ahead of broader adoption. You will also be encouraged to collaborate cross-functionally in partnership with the Senior Manager within GRI to ensure the team's output can be demonstrated by other I&I functions. Responsibilities Leading a team of data analysts to develop structured, actionable insights for business consumption and utilizationCoordinate and provide the first line of support for ad-hoc requests received from cross-functional partners, ensuring these are delegated accordingly Lead the preparation of insights required for recurring business update presentationsEmpower the team to develop data driven stories which enable the business to make better decisions and realize valueVisually represent data through simplified and curated storytelling to drive clear business decisions and actionDevelop and deliver robust and scalable processes for delivering both automated and curated insights - balancing the needs of business partners whilst also challenging their thinkingDemocratizing data and insights - making it available, accessible and usable by the business to make timely decisions independentlySupport metric and logic refinement in partnership with other I&I partners to ensure these are clearly documented, understood and utilized consistently Work closely with the Data Operations team to standardize tools which support data analysis, reporting and driver data quality/consistencyDevelop a culture of curiosity, continuous learning and innovation to help set Workmates up for continued growth and career progression.About YouBasic Qualifications10+ years of professional experience with 8+ years of analytics experienceExperience with leading analytics teams with diverse skills and backgroundsStrong data foundation with business analytics to drive actionable insightsExperience of using data to influence users and senior stakeholdersOther QualificationsExperience in the B2B SaaS space preferredExperience with Salesforce and BI tools preferredExperience with databases and utilizing SQL to uncover insights preferredTableau experience preferredStrong analytical ability; problem deconstruction, statistical thinking, meticulous analysis, data validation, and scientific rigor. Demonstrated stakeholder management, including clear and concise communication, effective prioritization, storytelling/presentation, and delivery of actionable insights. Excellent collaboration, executive presence, and storytelling skillsWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
