The Value Management team is a business consulting practice which assists organizations in building their Business Case and Return on Investment (ROI) for Workday and helps prospective customers quantify what life with Workday will mean for them. The Service Center was established in 2021, to provide the Value Management team with market intelligence, data analysis, and self-service tools. and we continue to grow as demand for our services constantly rises. This is a unique opportunity to join a multinational team of highly motivated professionals, and use your skills to deliver results to the organization.About the RoleIn this role you will work on a variety of projects including building a database, cleaning data, and assisting with the maintenance of our portfolio of core tools. You will also own the configuration, setup, and management of a tool called DecisionLink. Workday Sales Representatives use this tool to create self-service business cases and calculate the ROI. You will configure Excel models and PowerPoint presentations into the tool, which will produce customer facing materials. You will also build reports and manage support requests related to the tool. To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of software configuration, SQL, and be comfortable working with data. You should also be comfortable with simple ROI (Return on Investment) calculations and building excel based reports. Responsibilities will include:Help support the existing toolset and troubleshoot problems for our google applications, databases, and Tableau dashboards.Assist with developing and optimizing data-driven reports and Tableau dashboards.Assist with prototyping new applications using SQL, Google Apps, Tableau, and excel.Configure business case calculations into our DecisionLink Software program. Become a subject matter expert on the tools’ inherent assumptions and logic.Perform user testing, and assist with technical troubleshooting.Maintain and develop procedures, and document processes based on shifting requirements.About YouBasic Qualifications: 5-8+ years relevant work experience, ideally in the Saas industry (Software as a Service), or relevant industryStrong experience with becoming an expert with new software tools quickly. Strong competence with data validation and analysis.Some experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, and working with Databases.A basic understanding of core financial concepts including Return on investment (ROI) analysis.Strong command of the English language. Other Qualifications:Willing to learn new concepts independently.A keen eye for detail.Strong organizational and project management skills.Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, deadlines, and shifting priorities.Excellent collaborator.
