This employee works in tandem with a cross-functional group – Direct Sales, Legal, Accounting, Finance and IT – to structure complex transactions and ensure internal stakeholders are informed of the associated financial impacts. In addition to deal structuring, this individual will support cross-company sales forecasting efforts as the administrator for the Clari forecasting tool. Lastly, this person will assist in generating reports to help sales leaders with their forecasting efforts. ResponsibilitiesDeal DeskAssist the Sales team in the structuring of complex deals while adhering to the company policies, processes, and systems Develop and maintain pricing models which allow the Sales team to communicate complex, non-standard deal terms throughout the organization and with customersBecome an expert on the opportunity-to-cash cycle, including operations, order processing, fulfillment, revenue recognition and legal contractsMaintain a customer service orientation, including the ability to deliver multiple projects with high customer satisfaction in a rapidly changing environmentProvide support/analysis on new product pricing and pricebook refresh effortsSales AnalyticsPartner with company leadership, sales leadership and sales reps to track and analyze sales and marketing key performance indicators and metrics Create, maintain and optimize sales dashboards and reports and pricing tools to track progress toward company goalsHelp provide forecasting data insights to improve forecast accuracy across the Sales organizationSales OperationsLiaison with key members of the nCino team (direct sales, finance, legal, IT) during the sales process to maintain speed and consistency throughout the processIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve the sales process to improve customer experience  Assist in optimizing sales-specific functionality within nCino’s internal Salesforce.com and/or Clari environment  QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree and 2 years comparable experienceStrong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skillsFinancial modeling skills, including advanced Excel  Highly professional with strong communication skills PreferredDegree concentrating in Finance or AccountingKnowledge of Sales Key Performance Indicators and SaaS business model  Salesforce Administration experience or Salesforce.com Certification, Clari experience  Basic knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS business model  Salesforce CPQ/MDQ experience If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
