You are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with others above all, you want to build something that fundamentally changes the lives of families for the better.   What You'll Do As a CareDriver Operations Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring every HopSkipDrive passenger gets in the car with a fully vetted and qualified CareDriver. You’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves to help enhance the most productive and most caring community of drivers in the world. You’ll work on the front lines to maintain a healthy supply of CareDrivers for a balanced marketplace by bringing on as many qualified, new CareDrivers to the platform as possible while retaining existing CareDrivers.You’ll ensure compliance to increase the readiness of CareDrivers and future CareDrivers to support demand in multiple markets. You may run onsite events with applicants to expedite application processing. HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in is $18.00hr to $20.00hr. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
