Position Summary Adept is seeking an Office Coordinator who is excited to roll up their sleeves to support a variety of workplace needs at our growing company. This coordinator will be the face of the office, owning daily reception duties, supporting our vendors & facilities projects as well as company events & employee experiences. The ideal candidate should have an ownership mentality and possess excellent communication skills, enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment and be organized. We’re looking for a generalist who’s excited to wear many hats! Responsibilities: Own the reception experience Monday-Friday Partner with vendors to ensure the office is a clean, productive and delightful environment. Deliver Support employee onboarding, offboarding & various people programs Lead small to medium size projects from start to finish Celebrate employee milestones and anniversaries Provide a world class customer service experience for candidates, visitors & guests Qualifications: 1-3 years working in a fast pace growing office environment Experience working independently & on a team to manage vendors Self starter, excited to explore, recommend and find solutions Strong sense of ownership.
