About the team We are looking for a skilled Social Media & PR Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is essential in shaping and maintaining Dialpad's image and market presence. Your role As a Public Social Media & PR Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and positing all Social Media content and posts, as well as encouraging and tracking related employee posts and generally measuring & reporting on our social media content engagement.  Additionally, you will coordinate briefings between business press, industry analysts, and Dialpad Product Managers, as well as managing responses to inquiries from various analyst firms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the evolving AI and business communications industry. This position has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office.   What you’ll do Social Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in alignment with marketing and business objectives & conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategy. Brand Messaging: Craft compelling and consistent messaging across all communication channels to reinforce the brand image. Ensure that brand messaging aligns with organizational values and objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and PR campaigns using relevant tools. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and insights. Briefing Coordination: Organize and schedule briefings between business press, industry analysts, and Dialpad Product Managers, ensuring that these interactions align with our strategic objectives and brand message. Inquiry Response Management: Handle inquiries from press and analyst firms, overseeing the gathering of information, preparation, and submission of responses in a timely and effective manner. Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts in the business communications and AI sectors, ensuring Dialpad's presence in relevant publications. Market Research: Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in AI, business communications, contact centers, and sales intelligence to inform strategy and communications. Content Creation: Generate content for press releases, articles, blog posts, and other communication materials. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for content creation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights and information for effective external communications. Skills you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of  proven experience in social media and public relations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Deep understanding of the AI, business communications, contact center, and sales intelligence industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines. Ability to build and maintain relationships with media and industry analysts.
