Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. What you’ll do:
Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of a greenfield enterprise wide supply chain planning systems
Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
Plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing
Perform application support for MRP, SIOP & IBP plans
Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
Suggest Industry Best practice approach to the Business processes
Coordinate definition & execution of compliance requirements (ISO, other)
Coordinate cross-functional audit activities (SOX, ISO, etc.)
Create documentation of internal procedures related to Applications User Training, IT Support, IT compliance
Participate in process definition to support changes in maturity as Archer grows
Manage master data in ERP related to the planning systems
Create and manage planning KPI based on business requirements
Work on supply chain enhancement projects that are not directly related to planning (inventory, purchasing etc.)
Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Supply Chain Management solutions
Manage integrations between planning systems and ERP as needed
Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes
Develops conversion and system implementation plans as needed
Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of new processes in the system
What you need:
Extensive experience designing and configuring SAP ERP solutions, ideally with S4HANA.
Should be part of 2+ ERP implementations in the planning area (MRP/IBP/SIOP/PS/PP)
Should have experience with forecast modeling and MRO planning
Should have inventory/supply chain management experience
Should have 10+ years of experience in Planning systems
Ability to be detailed in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Qualifications:
EDI implementation experience
Supplier Portal implementation experience

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $163,200 - 204,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
