Astera Labs is seeking highly motivated Interns to join Software Engineering team in their Toronto Design Center. If you are: • A Junior going into Senior year or Senior graduating by the end of this year • Strong academics and technical background in either Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering • Have a professional attitude, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with minimal guidance and supervision • Good communication skills, problem solver and open to new learning • Strong in analytical skills, self-motivated and a challenge taker • Authorized to work in Toronto and start immediately. Basic qualifications: • Understanding of Linux OS, Git Version control • Exposure to introductory programming in C and/or Python • Vocational or training experience in Python and/or C programming, Arduino, raspberry PI Preferred qualifications: • Undergraduate course work in Computer Architecture, Computer Organization, Intro to OS fundamentals is a plus.
