Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Finance Transformation team is responsible for establishing scalable, global finance processes leveraging technology to enable the finance team to efficiently support CrowdStrike’s rapid growth.  Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance Transformation, this role will lead the FT Data Strategy team to develop and maintain the Accounting function’s data governance framework, standards, and analytics best practices to support data-driven decision making at scale. What You'll Do:Articulate and execute against data & analytics vision in support of Accounting, Finance and other business teams as needed, including development of Accounting Data and Analytics roadmapPartner with Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Tax, and Treasury teams to maintain a strong understanding of the key business drivers, specific business processes and analytics prioritiesLead deep exploration of financial, customer, product, sales, and support data and communicate actionable analysis/insights to stakeholdersDeliver insights and provide actionable recommendations based on reported results, benchmarks, discovered patterns, and other necessary contextFacilitate and drive the successful completion of data insight initiatives in line with aligned roadmap by effectively managing data analysts and collaborating with stakeholdersDevelop in-depth understanding of key data sources and data lineage within the organization and data warehouse and effectively leverage knowledge to derive meaningful analytics resultsSupport enterprise data roadmap by managing the Accounting function’s data model, data mart(s), user access, and adoption of advanced analytics capabilities in line with overall company data strategyFacilitate best practices discussions with business, as needed to develop functional competencies and foster data-driven culture, and continuously improve the quality, consistency, accessibility, and security of Accounting dataManage, train, and develop a team of data analystsWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor’s Degree10+ years of relevant professional experienceSolid understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and reporting needsPrior experience driving Data Strategy and Governance process adoptionPrior experience managing a team with a focus on team member developmentPossess a holistic understanding of how business processes create data and how that data is aggregated and stored in a company’s ERPStrong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, or similar toolExperience with data warehousing and modelling best practices in SnowflakeExposure to common finance applications such as NetSuite, Coupa, or ServiceNowAdvanced SQL and ability to perform complex modeling with large volumes of dataBonus Points:Advanced Degree in Analytic Finance, Econometrics, or other data related fieldExperience working with a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably a hyper-growth companyPrior SaaS industry experience#LI-Remote#LI-MJ1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $155,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
