Job Requisition ID #23WD74204Implementation ConsultantPosition OverviewAs Implementation Consultants, our understanding of AEC industry best practices, comprehensive knowledge of ACC tools, and the ability to present and communicate to both large and small groups of professionals will help our customers implement solutions into the real world. You will analyze existing workflows and processes in the context of the customer's business and project goals. Working with account teams, we help define new workflows, configure software, train users, and mentor project teams to ensure successful implementation.By documenting your engagement and applying a "train-the-trainer" approach, you will help our customers scale impactful solutions across their organization to achieve meaningful results. You will also work with the Autodesk product teams to provide feedback based on client experiences and stay up to speed on product development roadmaps.You will report to Sabina Worthington on the Adoption Services team.ResponsibilitiesLead implementation consulting engagements with customersWork with customers to analyze existing workflows and processesGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use casesProvide solutions to meet customer and industry challenges based on Autodesk product solutionsConfigure products based on capabilities and customer operating proceduresDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk productsProvide input to sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in the customer's organizationWork with Account Executives and Customer Success Manager's to provide a 360-account team supportDocument customer engagements in administrative systemsYou will be fully remote with travel expected up to 50-75%Minimum QualificationsConduct sound research, bring innovation to the team, and partner to troubleshoot/solve multi-faceted instructional technology issuesManage a project and conduct meetings remotelyProject management skills that are demonstrated by quality of deliverablesFlexible with the ability to build partnerships, and communicate needs and challengesCollaborative and open to multiple perspectives, work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomesA lot of patience with the ability to explain the same thing several timesMinimum Education Bachelor's Degree, unless you have a really good story3+ years of experience in construction or construction technologyPrior experience with ACC or other construction technology productsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,300 and $138,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
