Job Requisition ID #23WD73467Position Overview We are looking for an Inside Partner Manager to join our team and drive joint strategy alignment, planning and execution with assigned key gold partners on their journey to become successful solution providers in our SaaS business model. You will be a liaison between Autodesk and key channel partners, ensuring collaboration, driving revenue growth, and maximizing customer satisfaction through the assigned partners portfolio. You will be part of the EMEA channel management team which plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the partners, you will be reporting to the Regional Channel Manager.ResponsibilitiesYou will lead strategical relationship and alignment between Autodesk and partners C-level on their journey to be successful Solution Provider in Autodesk´s SaaS modelYou will be a trusted advisor in balancing between achieving assigned annual targets and executing the transformation planYou will lead Partner business planning to reach an agreement on mutual planYou will support tactical execution of the plan and will run quarterly reviews and planningsYou will also orchestrate cooperation with different Autodesk teams to have one voice between Autodesk and partnersAnnual partners performance will be your important KPIs, both new business expansion and customers retentionYou will forecast and analyze performance strengths and gaps and will address them to achieve assigned goalsYou will establish scalable operating business rhythm to manage a portfolio of 5 – 10 assigned partnersYou will plan continuous development of your assigned partners portfolio, understanding and reflecting their individual needs and link to planned financial goalsYou will collaborate with our development teams to deliver and adopt respective contentYou will support partners and will help them to get oriented in our processes and problems resolutionMinimum QualificationsBusiness proficiency in one Eastern European language (Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Croatian, Greek) and EnglishStrong organizational, planning and problem-solving skillsExcellent communications and negotiating skills at executive levelMinimum 5 years of experience of sales in IT#LI-LH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
