The B2B Enterprise Product Marketing organization sits at the cross-roads of product strategy, business buyer advocacy and B2B go-to-market execution. In this highly visible role, you will act as the glue to bring the broader business context, create alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams, and serve as a strategic thought partner for the VP of DMe Enterprise Product Marketing. You will achieve this through a core understanding of the business & key priorities and driving operational excellence through strategic program execution.Strategic Business Partner - Understand the broader business strategy by connecting the dots. Provide clarity and prescriptive guidance. Apply structured thinking and frameworks for continuous improvement and optimization of ways of working. Support recurring business processes and groundbreaking programs while driving alignment.Operations Management - Drive the annual planning process, quarterly reviews and executive reviews. Interlock with key cross-functional partners (Finance, PM, Sales, etc…) to develop coordinated plans and content. Define and execute the rhythm of the business (all hands and internal comms, operating model, staff meetings, offsites, etc…Strategic Program Execution - Work with the VP of Enterprise to develop the RTB structure and communicate R&Rs, develop workstream schedules and turning points. Provide action tracking with transparency and accountability and fold high priority actions into mainstream processes; Ensure the right collaborators are involved, drive to issue resolution, and know when to bring up.What you need to succeed:BA/BS in Management, Finance ore related field OR equivalent practical experience. MBA Preferred.10+ years of experience in managing cross-functional teams using a ‘planning first’ approach and effective prioritizationThe ability to think strategically, see the forest from the trees, and execute with focus and influence using tools, processes and templates to drive repeatable results and leverage best practicesInspire change and action across highly matrixed organizationsExcellent communicator that is comfortable working with high level executives, maintaining flexibility and the ability to think quickly and adaptOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $88,600 -- $206,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
