Collaborate with senior leaders across Adobe to shape strategic roadmaps, translate them into actionable plans, and achieve impactful results aligned with our business objectives. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, tracking, and executing key initiatives across our organization. We're looking for someone to lead and champion standard Program Management methodologies, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency. Together, we will elevate our delivery practice to new heights!What you'll do:Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and business partners to bring Adobe’s strategic priorities to life.Lead all aspects of project execution, from tracking to resource planning, risk mitigation, status reporting, and budget management.Inspire with a technical vision, effectively communicating the business value and technical end-to-end capabilities.Manage multiple concurrent projects and programs, varying in size, scope, and complexity, spanning across diverse teams and organizations.Participate actively with management teams in crafting materials and models for the quarterly and annual recasting of initiatives and priorities.Create materials suitable for different organizational levels – from executive-level presentations to detailed guides for project/program teams.Proactively identify and address risks in all assigned areas, working collaboratively with teams and management to ensure timely mitigation.Foster transparent communication with partners throughout the organization, including executives at the C-level.Bring clarity to technical challenges, navigate through options, and articulate solutions that deliver the best customer experience.Prioritize effectively, ensuring team members have a clear understanding of the "must-dos."What you need to succeed:Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; a driving force behind innovative solutions.A self-starter with over 8 years of dynamic project/program management experience on large-scale initiatives; a background in business process management and PMO-best practices is a strong plus.Industry knowledge of B2B (SMB + Enterprise) software licensing, deployment, management, and administration from both the provider and customer perspectives.Experience in an always-on, services-based infrastructure/architecture, ensuring seamless customer experiences that are scalable for future demands.Adaptability to navigate challenging priorities and schedules to successfully complete projects, adding value to collaborators inside and outside Adobe.Audience-aware, comfortable presenting to everyone from C-level to the Individual Contributor; ability to influence through engaging, data-driven conversations.Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks.Familiarity with industry terminology (Marketing, PLG).Proficiency in English.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
