This leader will report into the Head of the APAC & Japan ERC and will be responsible for process excellence and team leadership.Leading a virtual team distributed across APAC & Japan offices, the ERC Generalists Manager will partner with representatives from support functions across Adobe to deliver optimal employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle at Adobe. This is a critical role, as Generalists represent the face of Employee Experience organization to the employees.What you’ll doThe ERC Generalist team is the initial point of contact for all Employee and Manager inquiries. This team is responsible for providing generalist support intended to improve manager and employee success by addressing inquiries related to HR policies, procedures and programs, identifying and clarifying issues through inquiry, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solutions, or escalating to an ER Consultant if the solution requires on-going interaction or specialized coaching.This team provides resolutions for the vast majority of inquires that come through the ERC organization. The role requires a proactive approach in anticipating Employee Experience related needs and a solutions-oriented mindset to resolving issues.
