We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! As a Senior Digital Media Product Marketing Enablement Manager, you would be responsible for working with product marketing managers, product managers, field sales teams, partners, and customers to champion Adobe Digital Media Solutions, which include Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings. You would develop, manage and deliver sales training, content and messaging; customer-facing demonstrations and presentations on Adobe.com and social channels; and provide customer and partner requirements to product management. As an owner of content management, process documentation, and workflow optimization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our sales teams have access to the right content, in the right format, at the right time. Your exceptional project management skills will also be essential in coordinating enablement programs and individual projects to support our sales organization effectively.What you’ll doWork with product marketing managers to develop, manage, and deliver sales tools for field and partner teams around the worldAct as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Partner and Product teams.Deliver customer and partner facing presentations and demonstrationsDevelop, manage, and deliver sales training for new hires, product launches and annual kick-offWork with Digital Media product management to help define products and services capabilities based on customer and partner requirements and feedbackRespond to product and offering questions from sales, customers, and partnersLead and coordinate enablement programs and individual projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within established timelines and budgets.Lead the strategic organization and management of content across various platforms. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to the sales teams.Document end-to-end workflows related to sales enablement processes, including content creation, approval, and distribution. Create clear and concise process workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.Design and implement effective processes for content creation, curation, and dissemination. Continuously identify areas for improvement and streamline existing processes to optimize sales enablement efforts.Design, develop, and manage platforms and pages for displaying and organizing sales enablement content. Focus on enhancing the user experience and making content discovery intuitive for sales team members.Establish mechanisms for tracking project and program progress, using data-driven insights to assess the success and impact of enablement initiatives at any organizational level.What you need to succeedStrong program management skills, knowledge and experience required   Experience with developing, managing, and delivering sales training programs and content requiredSolid understanding of the Digital Media family of products requiredProven presentation and communication skills for large and small audiences, online or live, and from individuals to senior executivesProven ability to lead programs and projects across multiple teams in a collaborative wayExperience with content management systems and other platforms for organizing and distributing content.Strong background in documenting and optimizing complex workflows and processesExceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various partners.Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a highly dynamic environment with variable prioritiesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment requiredWilling and able to travel nationally and internationally up to 40% of the time8+ years software sales, marketing, program management and/or training experienceBA/BS in business, marketing or communications preferred OR equivalent practical experience.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $201,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
