We are now looking for a confident, enthusiastic Finance Director to lead our EMEA Gaming Finance team. As part of NVIDIA’s FP&A organization, the overarching responsibilities will be to build and maintain a strong, collaborative partnership with senior leaders to strategically lead all financial planning and analysis in support of business growth. This is a highly visible and instrumental role for an energetic individual who can function independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in the Region.What you'll be doing:Lead a team of Finance Analysts who partner with business line Directors providing them FP&A services (business controls, budget, forecast, etc.) and business analytics to support complex decisions.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing organization, supporting Nvidia’s businesses to accelerate growth in the EMEA market and launching new business lines and products in the region.Runs Rhythm of Finance in conjunction with the Corporate Finance team, providing effective finance support within a constantly changing environment (including financial modeling and analysis of end markets and growth opportunities).Presents key financial information and leading indicators to senior leadership (including company CFO, Product CVP and Regional VPs), to evaluate intended financial results against actual performance and resource deployment, human capital and all other investments, to optimize the regional ROI.Support long range planning processes by product and market.Develop business process and system improvements and support broader Finance process and automation initiatives.Maintains the highest integrity with regard to the company's financial policies.What we need to see:15+ overall years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership and Operations (Sales, Business, Finance) at technology companies; with 7+ years of successfully leading a team.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (or equivalent experience). MBA and/or advanced Accounting or Finance a plus.Consistent track record of building businesses from the ground up by providing business analytics for evidence-based decision making.Expertise in Hardware business models, forecasting, analysis, market models, related metrics.Exceptional business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues.Experience with leading ERP systems and tools, including visualization, with strength in process and system improvements.Dynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the companyExcellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management; proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions and work collaboratively with functional partners.Strong data analytical skills, high attention to details, a strong ownership ethic and driven focus on accuracy and accountability.Self-starter & problem solver, comfortable taking care of complexity, change, and tight deadlines.Strong communication skills and collaboration spirit.Energy and real passion for delivering results in a growth company.Experience collaborating across a large organization to influence and inspire change.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
