NA Gaming Performance Marketing PMDescription -The Gaming Performance Marketing Program Manager is a self-starter who will take the initiative to lead cross functionally to optimize performance across campaign and growth models to elevate business impact, meet our KPIs, and grow the Gaming business in North America. This role will balance digital creative mastery with the ability to strategically lead and execute experimentation across audiences, channels, platforms, creative/messaging, and user journey experience to further optimize conversion and cross-selling.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in agency management, cross functional leadership, performance and/or growth marketing, and digital advertising. Gaming industry knowledge is a strong plus. Responsibilities:Translate business priorities into marketing plans that deliver impact to business and develops marketing plan budgets.Leverage market insights and category product roadmaps to develop customer segmentation and audience strategies to differentiate HP Gaming in customer journey and identify growth opportunities.Work within a cross functional team (Media, Data Science, Social, Dot.com, Retail Marketing) to execute product launches and drive product conversions with a focus on LTV, CAC, and marketing attribution.Manage and lead execution of data driven media and creative experimentation to drive customer acquisition and product growth flywheels across PCs and peripherals.Analyze data to monitor media performance and unit and revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings during operational workshops and executive meetings.Direct/supervise the development and deployment of NPI and campaign goals and benchmarks and results measurement using appropriate marketing metrics.Build effective working relationships with agencies and vendors and provide direction in executing campaign deliverables.Knowledge & Skills:Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and tools with a focus on digital/performance marketing.Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (media, social, e-commerce) and customer journeys.Solid project management skills- ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, an keep complex projects moving forward.Solid agency management experience to translate strategy to creative outputs.Must have experience in testing and iterating, using data to improve customer acquisition and conversion.Understanding of e-commerce environment and user experience optimization towards conversion.Solid strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity and urgency.Negotiation and influencing, consensus-building, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility and the ability to be nimble and pivot when changes occur rapidly.Impact/Scope:Moderate- Deals with moderately complicated strategic/tactical issues.Complexity:Moderate- Some senior management interface; frequent cross-functional/ cross-organizational interaction on execution of tactics.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s degree or equivalent preferred)5+ years in Campaign and/or Performance Marketing with successful track record in optimizing campaigns and experimentationJob -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
