Customer Advocacy, Experience Measurement and Advisory Board programs are all worldwide initiatives to empower customer’s voice and deliver insights that will spur changes to accelerate sales, foster loyalty and fortify HP WS future position.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven project manager to join our worldwide team and support our programs growth.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects to enhance coverage of the Customer Insights and Advocacy initiatives: Ensure assets are published in the adequate platform and communicated to the audience. Assess and increase adoption of our assets, be a change maker and propose back and lead development of new ideas and method.The project manager will collaborate with HP Workforce Solutions (Key area of growth for HP) our field sales, Customer Success Management, Channel sales teams to ultimately make sure we reach to our audience in a meaningful way.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules to drive opportunities for promotion within our HP customer facing communities.Ensure clear and effective communication and collaboration to increase team visibility and adoption of assets.Monitor project progress and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.Drive the communication process including the reference repository that informs and empower the field.Foster strong relationships with sales practices teams to analyse process and identify touchpoints.Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or related fieldProven experience as a project Manager in enablement, marketing activities or in close contact with sales, customers or partners.Strong organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to build, manage and influence others.Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.Well-developed understanding of the industry, HP Workforce Solutions offering is a plus.Demonstrated experience in navigating fast-paced entrepreneurial environment(s).If you are motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving successful projects, we invite you to apply.
