Supply Chain Planning Analyst 3Description -The HP supply chain is responsible for planning, sourcing, making, and delivering more than 2 PC’s and 1 Printer every second of every day to channel partners and end-user customers around the world. We are searching for a Business Operations Analyst 3 in Thailand.Responsibilities:Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.Ability to handle most unique situations.May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Supports Supply Chain resiliency for Planning along with associated projects and processes.Collaborates with cross functional teams to maintain and enhance current business processes and solve issues.Supports a large/ complex product set or global business unit.Independently executes job duties, identifies issues/ impacts.Responsible for supply chain processes, such as demand supply matching and material allocation.Produces reports and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand planning activities.Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.Knowledge & ExperienceFirst level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 2-5 years of experience in a supply chain function is preferred.Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).Familiar with working on issues of a diverse complexity and scopeStrong analytical and interpersonal skills.Thorough ability to simplify the complex, data visualization, and story communication.
