Delivery risk assurance/ Managed ServicesDescription -Delivery Risk AssuranceParticipate in Customer discussions along with Pursuit for better understanding of Customer business outcomes / goals.Analyzes the opportunity requirements to identify weaknesses (pain areas) and recommend fit for purpose delivery solutions, such as persona-based solutions, on demand HW fulfillment, improved Out of Box Experience (OOBE) etc.,Researches and evaluates software/ hardware products and industry trends to assist in solution development.Works closely with Solution Architect (SA) to aligns on deal-based delivery architectural strategy / framework (blueprint) with Customer business goalsSupport SA in the selection and integration of tools into delivery solution with focus on Customer outcomesIntegrates various delivery solutions from HP functional teams and Partners to demonstrate a win delivery solution for client with options, Minimal Viable Solution, alternates and validates with business and various client stakeholders.Assist SA as needed to design integration of HP internally developed and third-party tools and components to achieve operability for the specific opportunity.Assists in providing delivery solution related feedback and clarification to functional teams as needed.Develop integrated workflow designs to enable End-to-End delivery framework, for both individual opportunities and holistic capability building.Validate and sign-off forecasted expenditure based on the opportunity specifics and feedback received from functional and country counterparts.Provide feedback to SA and business on risk, cost vs. benefits, and impacts on other processes / functions on the proposed solution for a specific opportunity.Suggest mitigation plans for the risks identified and recommend risk $$ need to implement the mitigation plan.Transition & NSI Support:Provide delivery solution brief to Transition team during transition kick-off / handover meetings.Assist Transition Manager in fine tuning solution / process / workflow to meet specific Customer use case.Act as a liaison between NSI / Capabilities team and account operationsReview and validate service design and capabilities proposed by NSI team with Market and COE to check deployment feasibility.Job -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
