In the process, you will work with some of the brightest minds in the business across multiple disciplines of software, hardware, radio, acoustics, WiFi, and Bluetooth technologies.We expect you to be: a great collaborator, keen to contribute and actively take part in discussions; highlight issues, and take ownership where appropriate; keen to learn new things and help others benefit from your knowledge. What You’ll Do Join a co-located, multi-disciplinary, agile software development team.Collaborate with design, development and test professionals across Sonos.Work with innovative new features that expand the Sonos wireless audio streaming experience to ultra-portables in both in-home and out-of-home environments. If you don’t have 100% of the skills listed, we strongly encourage you to apply if interested.Basic Qualifications: BS or MS in EE, CS, Mathematics, or related discipline.Experience of developing automated tests and frameworks to support testing of firmware features.Experience of writing test cases, identifying, documenting and reporting defects clearly.Experience of designing and developing test setups / testbeds.Experience of managing test plans and workstacks for a small team.Experience of testing embedded systems. Experience of automation/tooling using Python.Experience of agile software development.Solid track record of shipping high quality software.Preferred Qualifications: Solid understanding of Bluetooth fundamentals including Bluetooth Classic, Low Energy, and LE audio.Solid understanding of Wifi fundamentals.Experience with embedded Linux and real-time operating systemsExperience of test / integration with Cloud/Web based environmentsExperience of testing consumer electronic devices.Experience of testing mobile applications.Your profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update.
