Our solutions include data center networking and storage, enterprise and mainframe software focused on automation, monitoring and security, smartphone components,telecoms and factory automation.We are currently searching for a Business Partner that will work within our Support Operations division which is part of the Central Engineering Services organization.This is an on-site position for our Draper, Utah site.As a Business Partner you will act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and business units within Broadcom. Be an action-driven, self-directed activator who delivers real value quickly.● Creative Problem SolvingYou must possess a strong work ethic, show drive to see a problem as an opportunity to grow and are motivated to find creative solutions, thereby focusing on growth and achieving positive results.● Business Telemetry.Own cross-functional initiatives assigned by CES leadership and partner with thecustomer facing business units (BU) to execute.Act as liaison between the BUs and centralized functions (CES and GTO).Act as product owner on behalf of the BUs to represent their requirements and usecases to the centralized functions.Facilitate alignment on strategic business objectives between the BUs and thecentralized functions and take ownership of all monthly and quarterly meetings needed to achieve it.● Planning and Project Management.May partner with the BUs through their program increment (PI) planning cycle to ensure alignment of business objectives and to assist with dependencies.May assist with tracking and reporting progress of shared projects of the PI plan (or other projects) to all relevant stakeholders, calling out blockers and / or program risks as needed.May assist in facilitating the team to execute the PI plan by coordinating groomingsessions, TOIs, etc.May assist in ensuring that all stakeholders are alerted to program risks, blockers, and challenges.Must take ownership of communicating upcoming projects, programs and/or any change that results in an impact to the normal business cycle of the BUs in a timely and substantive fashion.● Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.We value and encourage speaking engagements, and expect that you’re comfortable talking to software and executive teams and large audiences. You will need to be able to clearly articulate business requirements, develop processes and write documentation as needed.Skills and Competencies:● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Strong organizational and project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to anticipate organizational needs● Strong calendar management skills● Proficiency in gSuite collaboration tools preferred; Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,Excel)● Must have strong initiative, self-motivation and high standards of excellence andprofessionalism● Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments● Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective workingrelationships● Exercise discretion and judgment in handling highly sensitive and confidentialinformation● Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills● Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and achieve deadlines under pressure● Must have outstanding attention to detail● Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment● Must be proactive and have strong follow-throughQualificationsRequired:● Eight years’ experience in a Program/Customer Success/Account Management or similar role, preferably at the senior level.● Strong interpersonal skills● Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and gSuite (Gmailand Calendar).● High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to take on responsibilities and to prioritize work on multiple projects.Preferred:● A technical degree or BA in Business or Operations or equivalent or a combination of both.● CAPM, PMP or PgMPAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $130,000This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
