Implement technology solutions for efficient and scalable day-to-day and periodic management reporting.Define and design dashboards, interfaces and reports in TMS and provide functional and technical support. Analyze requirements to roll out new functionality in the existing TMS. Lead the identification and documentation of business requirements for the integration in TMS.Liaison with financial institutions on testing bank connectivity and other relevant functions.Backup to Treasury team as needed in terms of investment management, foreign exchange and inter-company, and other business analytics.*Basic Qualifications*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or equivalent.Eight (8) or more years of relevant work experience in corporate treasury with multinational or Business Analysis, Information Technology, or in a related area.CTP designation preferred.Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with various software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.*Preferred Qualifications*CTP designation preferred.Recent experience with supporting Treasury management systems and ERP systems.Experience leveraging technology to automate processes for efficiency and scalability.Proven to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
