The Workday Brand Advertising team is responsible for collaborating with the Workday Media Center of Excellence and in-house Creative resources, our Regional Marketing Managers, cross functional teams, as well as our advertising agency Ogilvy to craft a strategy, develop an annual plan, concept, produce, publish and continuously optimize a global advertising campaign. We are currently developing campaigns for our six Tier 1 countries including the US, CA, UK, DE, FR and AU. We will likely be adding JP in FY25. This is an opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the award-winning Rock Star campaign. We are looking for someone to help lead the integration of this campaign across the organization. We also have high profile sponsorships across our Tier 1 countries that include F1, BVB Dortmund soccer and the Masters and Memorial Golf Tournaments.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Ad Manager. Their role will be to lead Integration efforts at Workday to ensure that our Brand and Demand advertising efforts are working together to ensure maximum impact and efficiency. Each campaign should be fulfilling their role in the customer decision journey, for Brand the work must focus on metrics like growing Awareness and Familiarity while the Demand work from Global Campaigns must drive MQLs and help sales to convert leads to buyers. The Ad Manager will work closely with a number of stakeholders including our team of Brand Advertising Managers, Global Campaigns team, cross-functional teams as vital (such as events, ABM, customer marketing, digital and communications), Media team, Regional Marketing Managers, in house Creatives as well as multiple ad agency partners for creative and media as well as other vendors for research and brand measurement.What you will achieve in your first 12 – 24 months· Document a process for driving integration through the Brand and Demand advertising at Workday, including a plan for measuring effectiveness. · Build trusted working relationships with your key stakeholders including the Brand Advertising team, Media team, Global Campaigns team, cross-functional teams, in-house Creative team, agency partners and vendors. · Establish a successful working process that actively drives integration across Brand and Demand and throughout media channels. · Identify any redundant efforts and introduce efficiencies into the Brand and Demand Advertising processes. · Help to drive higher measures in our Workday Brand Tracker. · Develop integrated plans and decks to showcase the Brand to Demand campaigns to leadership. About YouBasic Qualifications :  3+ years of experience in advertising in Account Management or Project Management on a B2B account within a full-service advertising agency or as an Advertising Specialist, Ad Manager or Project Manager within the Marketing department of an organization. Account Management or Project Management experience with an “in-house” ad agency is also acceptable.1+ years experience with and understanding of Enterprise Software or SaaS is preferred. Experience with Google Drive, Slack, and Outlook is required.Other Qualifications : Full-Time Employee. Hybrid role, must be present in the Pleasanton office at least 50% of the time. Located in the Bay Area.  Skilled at diplomacy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in a fast-paced work environment.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Experience with campaign integration a plus. .Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
