As a project manager, your pivotal role will be instrumental in steering the triumph of key projects, introducing heightened efficiency, and fostering optimization within our procurement organization.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and track project progress.Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third parties for project execution.Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and address changes in project scope.Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.About YouBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field2+ years of in project management experienceOther QualificationsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management tools and softwareExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExperience in software company, procurement organization Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
