We support our global Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) organization and focus on operational efficiency, business impact, and enablement. The LCCA PMO leads delivery of strategic results and a remarkable experience for all collaborators!About the RoleIn this role you will partner with the Sr. Manager of the Legal Operations PMO and cross-functional PMs and follow the LCCA Project Management Framework to run a diverse project portfolio that includes operations, technology assessments, process and software implementations. You must be agile and able to confidently communicate at all levels across the organization while at the same time deep dive into the details and sometimes also wear a BSA hat.You will also work closely with Project Pilots (Leads) to frame each project by driving the development of the project charter and define scope. You will identify and engage cross functional teams across Workday and sometimes vendors to develop and continuously refine and update project plans and drive execution of key results. About YouExcellent organization, time management, and presentation skills.A passion for customer serviceAbility to troubleshoot and tackle issues working with cross-functional teams.Basic Qualifications3+ years experience as a project or program managerKnowledge of project lifecycle phases, project management tools and experience running multiple projects to delivery.Other QualificationsPlan and own a meetingProficient user of collaboration tools including Google or Microsoft Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PowerPoint, Smartsheets, JIRA, and MiroProficient verbal and written communication: summarize progress, status, risks, issues without overwhelming core team membersFamiliar with use case and incorporating change management concepts, and methodologies including waterfall and agile.PMP or other project management certification a plusExperience in an in-house legal department or SaaS company is a plusWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
