The mission of the Marketing PMO is to introduce and maintain a consistent approach to managing projects as well as look for opportunities to streamline process and scale. You will collaborate with all functions within Marketing across all levels to define and transform business processes and capabilities.About YouResponsibilities:Drive the analysis, evaluation, documentation, and implementation of marketing processes and workflows covering all of our functions and relevant tools.Define, simplify, and transform complex cross-functional processes around how we plan and deliver our marketing projects and programs (e.g. end-to-end delivery of our campaigns, events and digital experiences across the globe).Lead and perform requirements analysis by evaluating marketing processes, anticipating needs, uncovering gaps and areas for improvement, simplifying, and standardizing. Develop meeting agendas, summarize, and communicate meeting outcomes to all team members.Develop and deliver presentations to share findings and recommendations with cross-functional team members and senior management.Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements and evaluate post-implementation impact.Remain up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.Basic Qualifications7+ years of progressive, cross-functional marketing process architecture experience.Demonstrated ability to drive large scale, complex, technical process improvement initiatives from requirements analysis to implementation.Experience working across internal global teams as well as with agencies.Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Google docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).Experience with Miro or other process mapping and workflow tools.Other QualificationsOutstanding written, visual representation, and verbal communication skills.Excellent documentation skills.Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.Solid knowledge of B2B marketing processes and principles.Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills as well as ability to collaborate with a variety of partners to find acceptable solutions.Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to deliver results on time; graceful under pressure.Quick learner, thorough, and able to quickly understand context.Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
