This creative leader will work closely with Marketing leaders to define speakers and content plans for our customer briefings and corporate events worldwide. Equally motivated by creative excellence, audience needs, and data-driven content strategy, this leader will work closely with teams to optimize content plans and manage workflows to ensure optimal distribution of the finished assets. This position requires tight collaboration and functional interlocks across executive leadership, Brand and experiential Marketing, Product and Global Integrated Marketing, Theaters, Sales Enablement, Analyst Relations, Communications and Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Human Resources, and the Brand Studios teams. To do this, you will: Manage the creation and maintenance process for high-quality content for global events and customer briefings Drive content production for our Flagship, Roadshow, third-party events, and our customer experience center (CEC) collaborating closely with content creators, including agency partners, designers, writers, editors, and content strategists Develop and manage a speaker’s bureau to support events and customer briefings Manage executive-level relationships and content to support CEC engagements Required Qualifications BA in marketing or a similar degree 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on content marketing, integrated marketing, brand awareness, and in-depth knowledge of the Technical Executive audience Ability to effectively give editorial feedback to bring out the best in other writers’ work Excellent storytelling skills – via writing, presentation, and verbal communication Sensitivity towards non-US cultures and business practices as demonstrated by the ability to collaborate and coordinate globally Adept at working with internal creative teams and external agencies Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex conditions Comfortable with ambiguity Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI tools for content development Enterprise tech experience and fluency in issues related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, diversity and inclusion, and corporate responsibility Experience working with C-suite executives and technology leads, as well as international clients, customers, and stakeholders Agency, newsroom, or technology experience a plus The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
