Business Planning Specialist (India COE)Description -Key Responsibilities:Conduct market sizing analytics to identify growth opportunities and market trends.Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies to provide insights for strategic decision-making.Utilize advanced Big Data analytics to extract meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions.Prepare compelling presentations to communicate insights, strategies, and recommendations effectively.Track budgets and financial metrics to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.Perform reporting and analysis, generating actionable insights to drive business improvements.Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and supply plans, contributing to inventory optimization.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Category, and Supply Demand Planning teams to align on business goals and ensure a cohesive approach.Project Management: Lead or participate in projects related to business planning and analytics, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders at all levels through reports, presentations, and regular updates.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Proficiency in data analytics, including extensive experience with Excel, and preferably Power BI.Demonstrated ability to streamline business processes and leverage data for strategic decision-making.Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint and Teams.Strong interest in Sustainability and Circularity, aligning with HP's commitment to environmental responsibility.Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platforms to create interactive and insightful dashboards.Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical techniques and tools for advanced data analysis and modeling.Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience working in a global and diverse team environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and effective communication across cultures.Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analytics, project management, or related fields (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) would be a plus.Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including macros and data manipulation, to automate processes and handle large datasets efficiently.Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex informationJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
