You will be managing as part of the Global Recruiting Operations team, a cross-functional, cross-geographic HR Team that partners to deliver customer-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency.In this role, you will:Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and key leaders within a business and region.Manage Operations Process and program resources:Agency, Procurement, Job Board, Referrals, and Content resourceM&A Process, Training, and Content resourceOperations and Projects resourceUnderstand and oversee the beginning to end recruiting and sourcing processes in collaboration with region and sub-region leads and HR Systems; and troubleshoots and manages any escalations.Oversee creation, updates, and maintenance of recruiting organization process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and training materials; and the publishing of these materials on appropriate SharePoints and websites.Oversee recruiting-related audit, record management, and other operational processes.Provide senior-level advice to recruiting teams, leadership, People Org partners and businesses/hiring managers on the hiring process, and ensure that recruiters are in compliance with corporate and government policy.Manage vendor relationships, as needed, and participate in the assessment of their performance; provide solutions for improving vendor relationships.Lead global process improvement/automation/AI initiatives; may provide consultation on regional or business process improvement initiatives.Use agile methodologies to for problem solving and identification of process improvements/automation.Lead regional and global initiatives that impact recruiting; identify resources for priority projects, and may serve as project manager for a project of high complexity and large scope.Lead discussions with leadership regarding the improvement of staffing processes and tools.Use advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design and update recruiting and sourcing processes as new requirements come up or improvements are needed.Assess the efficiency of recruiting processes and tools, identify gaps and present opportunities to management.Help define roadmap for organization KPIs, Dashboards, and Reporting.Collect and use customer (hiring managers, partners, recruiters and other members of the People Org and businesses) input to determine process improvements needed and potential solutions.Education and Experience RequiredFirst level university degree; advanced university degree preferred.Typically 8-10 years of related experience.Typically 0-2 years supervisory experience.To land this role, you will also need to have:Strong leadership and relationship management skillsExcellent project management and process development skills, including strong ability to drive process improvements and automation/AI initiatives.Experience successfully leading projects with a global scope.A demonstrated in-depth understanding of key recruiting and sourcing operational policies, processes, and methodologies. applicable to project management.Excellent communication skills and consulting.Experience executing recruiting programs and processes in multiple businesses in which HP competes for talent.A passion for change management and experience leading or contributing to change management initiatives.Organizational skills and a bias for action.Ability to coordinate initiatives, liaising with stakeholders at all levels.Adaptability and ability to perform well in a changing environment.Design thinking skills and experience with agile methodologies.Strong analytics/metrics mindset and ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights in order to inform decisions.Thank you for taking the time to review this job posting; if you think it matches your experience and interests, please apply today; we are eager to learn more about you!Job -Human ResourcesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
