It provides unparalleled feature richness, scalability, and stability as well as outstanding Customer Experience. Engage Solution have been deployed on major enterprise customers. Variety of the deployment environments and high-capacity requirements generate exciting, challenging customer issues, debugging and design tasks, which put your engineering qualities under test and push your creativity to a new level. Working with different mega enterprise customers allowing you to work with a wide range of problem statements. You will join a worldwide team of engineers who passionately work on architecting, designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting Engage Solution. You will get a unique opportunity to learn the insights of the Contact Center technology and contribute to it.    Key Responsibilities:Resolve technical issues promptly, help with customer escalations.Debugging the customer issues and provide analysis and fixes when required on time.Ability to review the existing design of modules and provide detailed analysis.Implement software according to approved design, on time and with quality.Provide code drops on regular basis; ensure continuous integration of new code being developed; maintain stable software through nightly build and unit tests practice.Participate in code reviews and submit your code for review by others, perform static and dynamic code analysis on a regular basis, follow best design and development practices.Participate in daily and weekly team meetings, report on progress using tracking systems in place.Required skill:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/ECE/ITShould have an experience of 4-5 years in software development.Strong knowledge of C++, with Multi-threaded development & exposure to debugging tools/techniques, WinDBG, GDB, Purify. (Primary) knowledge of Object Orientated concepts, re-factoring techniques; ability to apply them when building and maintaining highly scalable server applications. (Primary) Good Knowledge on Development Tools: Visual Studio, Visual Code, Checkmarx, BlackDuck, etc. (Primary) Knowledge with MAKE file, OS scripting Batch file, Shell script (Primary) Knowledge on networking concepts TCP/IP, UDP, etc. (Primary) Experience with Version Control System: GITHub. (Primary) Knowledge of relational databases and related concepts: Postgres, Oracle, MSSQL etc. (Secondary)Knowledge with security concepts, TLS, FIPS, etc. (Secondary)Familiarity with development and troubleshooting software on Red Hat Linux, Windows Server.
