Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) at WP Engine is the engine that drives communications and conversations with customers in service to onboarding, engagement, growth and retention with new and current customers. The team is responsible for creating and delivering content at the right time through the right channel to the right customer to drive revenue.  The LCM team supports the infrastructure to create a highly personalized and automated experience for customers.About the Role: As a Senior Manager of Retention on the Lifecycle Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize our retention campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving retention strategy by leveraging data and implementing effective marketing campaigns to maximize customer retention. This position requires a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, and a proven track record of successfully executing retention initiatives in a software as a service (SaS) or retail environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in CRM marketing, a customer focused approach, and a strong can-do attitude that makes you comfortable working in an environment that is fast paced and dynamic. Responsibilities:Design and implement lifecycle campaigns targeted at maximizing retention by educating, serving and celebrating customers. Help to develop and deploy customer-lifecycle focused strategies to improve engagement, and ultimately increase retention.Build go-to-market strategies for reporting and education (new product releases, thought leadership, community)  to drive awareness, adoption and value perception, positively impacting the entire customer lifecycle.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer lifecycle and align retention efforts accordingly. Work across various internal teams (product, data, marketing) to push user engagement features and tests forward.Assist in test ideation, development and reporting across all platforms (onsite, email, etc.) including customer referral program test. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level.
