The team strives is to be customer-first and ensures any changes to our product or communications results in the best possible experience for the customer.The team works cross-functionally with many teams in the organization (markets, legal, tax, product, marketing, GCX etc) to ensure successful design and delivery of changes that are customer centric. We seek to not only deliver against new requirements with the least customer friction but, where possible, to address long-standing customer problems.We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who:Is strategic and can see the big picture to drive decisions and trade-offs across different areasIs comfortable diving into details when needed to understand where there may be blockers and help teams come up with solutionsIs comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and can get results through influencingHas a customer first approachHas a collaborative working styleHas an analytical demeanourKey responsibilitiesBe the Programme lead for a set of regulations or related horizontal topics (mostly US/ Canada focused)Work with tax/legal/GR teams to understand the impact of the new regulations and how these translate into new requirementsWork with analytics to understand business impactDevelop, in collaboration with these teams, risk-based options that take both company risk and customer impact into account and provide recommendations to leadershipBe responsible for business requirements for these projects and work collaboratively with Product counterparts to ensure solutions are prioritized, crafted and implementedBe responsible for the relationship with impacted BUs (e.g. countries, Exports team, etc.) to ensure key partner feedback is acquired and solutions alignedCoordinate with the PMOs/ teams of each workstream involved (e.g. Product, Tax, GCX)Partner management: e.g., for large regulations, coordinate and run regular Steering Committees to drive decision makingExperiencePotential candidates will have had project management experience and/ or consulting experience. Experience working in an international organization on large-scale projects, influencing partners across a range of functions and/ or e-commerce is a plus.
