This position will be our HR Business Partner to our growing Go To Market (GTM) teams. You’ll play a crucial role aligning our HR strategies to the GTM team’s goals and objectives. You’ll be joining a small and growing team of HRBPs supporting our growing business globally.  The focus of  this newly created role will be as a trusted advisor to our leaders, providing HR support to drive employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness. Our GTM team is located all around the world, with team members mostly based in the US, the Philippines, Colombia and Canada. Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate with leaders across GTM, understand their business and develop HR strategies to support their needs. Provide guidance around hiring, employee development and succession planning Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies Create a world-class employee experience, champion our culture and values, and partner with the global People Team and Business leaders to strategize, solve challenges, and implement solutions Partner with all Business managers and leaders globally to develop and implement effective People policies and practices Partner with Business Leadership on talent and people strategies; diagnose and enhance organizational effectiveness, engagement, and retention Support core People programs such as performance management, compensation cycle, promotions, talent reviews, and engagement survey programs for our global organization Analyze people trends and metrics, sharing these insights with business leaders Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Provide thought leadership and assistance during all initiatives that require organizational change management expertise Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in HR, with experience supporting a global sales team is a plus  Relevant experience building and improving company culture and increasing employee engagement, and supporting performance management  Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills  Ideally, experience with employment law practices in the US, Colombia and Philippines (US is a must!)
