Associate Project Manager - Hybrid

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented  Associate Project Manager to join the Enterprise Information Management in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to Senior Program Manager, EIM. Role is  hybrid. This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed. ABOUT THE ROLE The Associate Project Manager will support Enterprise Information Management (EIM), our Data Team.  The Associate Project Manager reports to the EIM Sr.  Program Manager and will assist in coordinating the EIM team’s work.  This involves supporting the data and reporting needs of a wide variety of enterprise projects.  This role will assist teams in ensuring project data is captured, cleansed, preserved and shared to grow our business.  This role will work with the enterprise project managers to help oversee the EIM team’s progress in their projects. This role will also help support the EIM Sr. Program Manager with agile ceremonies and board management. The goal of the Associate Project Manager is to provide support and help coordinate the EIM team’s deliverables to all of our enterprise projects. Your usual day of awesomeness includes:   Help support end-to-end EIM program management by ensuring EIM project deliverables are ticketed, tracked and updated to ensure they are delivered on-time and within budget. Assist in development of detailed project plans to track progress of EIM deliverables. Support program managers with risk management to mitigate risk and ensure success of each program/initiative. Support program managers in establishing and maintaining relationships with 3rd parties/vendors. Support identifying, tracking and reporting on project dependencies. Support agile ceremonies and corresponding ticket lifecycle management. Performs other related duties as assigned. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. At least 1 Year of experience in project management or a related field with basic knowledge of project management principles including change management, risk management, stakeholder management, etc. Basic knowledge of data management and the preparation of data for reporting and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Google workspace  program/project management software preferred not required. Great organizational skills and attention to detail. Great problem-solving ability. Great facilitation skills. Be passionate about continuous improvement.
