Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Director of Clinical Products.  The Director of Clinical Products will have the critical responsibility of overseeing our Clinical Products team, owning the creation of our clinical programs, as well as the frameworks, templates, and processes that allow us to create, manage, and optimize an effective and scalable set of programs. Ideal candidates will draw on clinical and product management experience to shape our approach and practices.  Additionally, this role will work closely with our Product, Design, and Analytics teams in developing programs as well as the tools we use to support program creation and management. You will also work closely with our sales and delivery teams as we bring our programs to market and implement them with clients. Ideal candidates will be driven both by the problem we are solving and also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare - looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems. Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the clinical program strategy in alignment with the company's mission and goals, prioritizing clinical areas and use cases for us to address and determining where to allocate team resources Program Value: Working closely with commercial and analytics teams to ensure we articulate the value and focus of our programs effectively, including financial, operational and clinical impact Program scalability & extensibility:  Further developing our framework for how programs are constructed, reused, and scaled over time Clinical Program Development: Design, implement, and manage a portfolio of clinical programs aimed at improving patient engagement, care coordination, and overall health outcomes with an eye to scalability and extensibility  Program Optimization: Collaborating with our Analytics team to develop tools and processes to monitor programs and drive improvements in value, impact, and outcomes over time, for individual clients and across our program library Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing clinical programs team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.   Qualifications (Required): Medical Background:  Medical degree (MD, DO, PA, NP, RN) and 5+ years of clinical practice Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management within the healthcare or digital health industry, with a strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies. Team Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a history of successfully managing and mentoring clinical and/or product teams.   Qualifications (Bonus): Clinical Leadership: Proven experience in clinical leadership roles, preferably in healthcare technology, digital health, or telemedicine. Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive clinical program improvements. The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee's role.
