As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to be a trailblazer leading with Technology as a solution to the challenges faced by Technical Support and Customer Success teams.About the Role:As an Automation Engineer you will help build tools and infrastructure that enable our Customer Success teams to deliver world class Technical Support and Customer Success at scale.What You’ll Do:Python Developer for the Support Automation teamDesign, develop and deploy scalable solutions (tools and Infrastructure) supporting the business needs of our Technical Support and Customer Success teamsDesign, develop, and maintain integration flows using an array of different platforms, APIs, databases, protocols and data formatsBasic UI Development work for custom-built tools System Integration to ensure the tools are well integrated within the Customer Success ecosystem Operate CI/CD pipelines for the support Automation teamCollaborate with technical peers within the Customer Success, IT and Product teamsTrain and enable the teams within CrowdStrike Customer Success Organisation on various tools/technologies built and deployed by Support Automation team What You’ll need:6+ years of solid hands-on experience with PythonHands-on experience with Python Libraries (Text data and Log Parsing) and Python Frameworks (Django experience preferred)Basic UI Development (any frontend stack)Working with CI / CD, Jenkins (pipelines), Git, Bitbucket or similar systems and workflowsLinux skills and experience with business-critical Linux environmentsStrong Problem-solving, team collaboration, effective communication and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
